The GreenControls Room Controller Extended 2.0 is a versatile KNX-certified solution designed to deliver comprehensive guestroom automation, with 24 channels of control. Built specifically for hospitality environments, it enables centralized management of heating, cooling, lighting, blinds, motion sensing, and more all from a single device.
Seamlessly integrated with Hotel PMS systems via KNX/IP protocol, the controller enhances both guest comfort and hotel operational efficiency. It supports flexible outputs for lighting control (ON/OFF and dimming up to 12 channels, 0–10V), blind/curtain automation (AC motors or DC via dry contact), and fan coil unit (FCU) control with up to 4 channels. In addition, its 20 dry contact inputs make it adaptable for motion sensors, switches, and room condition monitoring.
The Room Controller Extended 2.0 also includes UI dry contact outputs (16 channels) for DC motor blinds, RS485 port for additional integrations, a KNX bus port, and an IP gateway, ensuring seamless connectivity across automation systems.
Engineered for reliability, it features diagnostic LED indicators (green LED for device operation, red LED with push button for physical address assignment) and operates within a wide temperature range of –10 °C to +45 °C. Compact and practical at 288 × 90 × 65 mm, the controller comes in a white finish, mounts easily on a 35 mm DIN rail, and weighs just 0.8 kg.
