The GreenControls Room Controller Premium 3.0 is a powerful and versatile KNX-certified unit designed to deliver comprehensive automation for hotel guestrooms and similar environments. Built with hospitality in mind, the controller supports both local and network-based air conditioning control, lighting switch control, electric curtain and blind management, and socket control. It can also be connected directly to hotel PMS systems via KNX/IP protocol, enhancing both guest experience and operational efficiency for hotel operators.
Each channel is highly flexible, supporting features such as scene storage and recall (up to 8 scenes), switch status feedback, relay contact position recovery after power outage, and selectable normally open/closed contact modes. The controller also integrates shutter control (2 outputs for 230V AC motors or dry contact motors), and 5 dimming channels (2 TRIAC outputs, 3 × 1–10 V outputs), providing complete room-level control over comfort and ambience.
Diagnostics and configuration are made simple with LED indicators (green LED for device status, red LED with push button for physical address assignment). Despite its powerful features, the unit remains efficient, consuming less than 12 mA from the KNX bus. Designed for durability and reliability, it mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail, measures 216 × 90 × 64 mm, and comes in a white finish.
